As a InterNachi certified home inspector, I have inspected homes for over 10 years. In the past

3-4 years, it is clear that owners have not maintained their homes. Examples of this can be found from existing window and door damage to missing AC filters. One reason for this is the poor economy that often forces owners to choose between doing repairs or paying the necessary bills.

A large number of my inspections require the electric company to turn on the electricity. Homes in Florida have been exposed to very high humidity which can often result in Mold. I my opinion ALL are toxic. That’s right I mean all mold can kill you. Penicillin mold which can save one persons life can kill another one who is allergic to it.
